cilantro sprouts. wow

this weekend we had dinner at At Sara's Table in duluth, minnesota. i discovered a new thing, cilantro sprouts! i do love cilantro and never would have thought to use the sprouts in dishes. we enjoyed the thai yellow curry and to our surprise, cilantro sprouts.

they are small, but pack a punch. they taste like cilantro and were an amazing taste!
